ONLINE PROGRAMMING & COACHING

Upon filling in the application form below, you will be emailed the online coaching start-up guide within 24hours. This involves you sending in pictures and videos of various exercises along with some general information regarding your training experience and goals.

Whos it for?

  • Have been training for >1-2 years consistently.

  • Have good mobility & movement quality.

  • Looking to build muscle and/or gain strength.

  • Are competent with a wide array of exercises.

  • Has organized lifestyle, nutrition & eating habits.

  • Can train autonomously and don’t need/want a huge amount of feedback.

  • Just need some programming structure, accountability & feedback/advice when needed.

What does it entail?

  • Initial Questionaire: Outline Goals, training history, number of training days, etc.

  • Provide previous lifting videos or training data if available.

  • Equipment List- outline the equipment you have at your disposal.

  • Introductory Skype Call to discuss the above information.

Custom Programming.

  • 3-5 days lifting program.

  • Delivered via get compound.

  • 12-week cycles with 4-week blocks.

Programming feedback.

  • Weekly exercise change, load suggestion if required.

  • Technique feedback on exercise videos when provided.

Check-in.

  • Monthly Check-in Via Questionnaire or 15-minute Skype call.

  • Complete the questionnaire regarding…

  • Weekly- Unlimited bullet point questions regarding any additional queries you may have.
