Basic level Personal Training: x3 60-minute sessions per week = €300 per month.

Basic Level Strength & Conditioning: x2 60-minute sessions per week = €220 per month.

Advanced Strength & Conditioning: Rates vary based on the number and length of sessions, sports technology used, etc.
